Annual Craft Bazaars
  The Associates Craft Fair 
has provided locally made items since 1991 and has become a tradition enjoyed by artisans, federal employees, and the community.  Volunteers are always needed.

Dear Crafters,

 

We are happy to announce that the next Associates Craft Fair in Portland has been scheduled.  Booth space is available again in HQ Room #122 and the cafeteria alcove.

 

Applications for the bazaars are here with dates and times listed.  We will be open until 2:30 pm each day.  A security   check-in will take place the day before the bazaar.  Details of the security check will be sent to you at a later date.

All the same rules will apply: 

  1. Registration for the bazaars will be on a first-come, first-reserved basis.
  2. ALL ITEMS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED.
  3. No perishable food items may be sold.
  4. Requests for more than one table will be honored on an availability basis.
  5. Room 122 pricing is 10% and Hallway pricing is 15% of your gross sales.
  6. A voluntary donation of a craft item is appreciated for the raffle table.
  7. Tables and chairs will be provided by the Associates (30" x 60").
  8. There will be a security check-in on the day before the bazaar.
